Mindful Moments

A few times out of a busy day I like to slow down and recalibrate my energy. I found that breath work really calms you down and it may lower your blood pressure. So what I do is I find a quiet spot and for 1 minute I slowly inhale through my nose and slowly exhale through my mouth, moments like these put me in a Zen space, I find it very beneficial to my overall mental health.
