Breath work on a Thursday morning

Today I’m focusing on my breathing, it’s such a spiritual experience.

Slowly inhaling through my nose, slowly exhaling through my mouth.

Inhale slow through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Lastly

Inhale slowly through the nose, hold it.

Let it go, slowly exhaling through the mouth.

I feel much better, my entire body is recharged 🙏🏾
