I like to start the week off with a positive outlook. I meditate/pray to set the tone. My focus is not to let any negativity in my zone, that part is hard but with a lot of work it’s obtainable. I hope you guys have a blessed and productive week ahead, one love 🙏🏾
Today I’m focusing on my breathing, it’s such a spiritual experience.
Slowly inhaling through my nose, slowly exhaling through my mouth.
Inhale slow through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Inhale slowly through the nose, hold it.
Let it go, slowly exhaling through the mouth.
I feel much better, my entire body is recharged 🙏🏾
