Apple Watch Series 4

I bought myself a Apple Watch, the series 4 edition for my birthday and I absolutely love it. I’ve made a conscious decision to really focus on my health and wellness when I turned 48 a couple of days ago.

I do a lot of walking so it is very cool to track my steps, the heart rate checker is ideal as well I love that feature too.The breathing app is major, I was happy to see it. To be totally transparent I’ve never paid attention to my breathing, by having anxiety I should know better. I love how the app notifies you throughout the day to take time to be mindful of your breathing.
