Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock and his business partner Dany Garcia just acquired The XFL. I find this fascinating on many levels, one, Dany Garcia is the Rock’s ex-wife and they are still business partners, two, Dany is now the first Woman to own a sports franchise, third, the Rock had a show on HBO called Ballers which pretty much mapped out the Rock’s masterplan on our tv screen every Sunday night. If you know anything about the Rock and his business and production teams, they don’t half ass anything, I can’t wait to see the promotion of their new product, I wish them nothing but the best, I’m beyond excited!
