Ok guys, I think I’m the last to finally try a air fryer, I was very skeptical at first because folks were calling it the modern day microwave and it really wasn’t classified as cooking. You really can’t form your opinion by someone else’s opinion, you have to do your own research and that I did. I found one to my liking, it’s heavy duty, straight forward and easy to use, the name of it is Kalorik and I absolutely love it. I’ve cooked fries, wings, pork chops, meatballs in the air fryer and I have zero complaints. I haven’t fried anything on the stove since the purchase and it has made my life so much easier, I give it two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾.

2lbs of oxtails
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
1 packet of brown gravy mix.
Add your favorite seasonings.
Combine ingredients to slow cooker, cook on low for about 5 hours.
I like big butts and I can not lie.
Ready for the oven for about 8hrs.
